How to get rid of white patches after guttate psoriasis!?

I have finally just got over a 5 month spell of guttate psoriasis from having tonsillitis, I am happy its gone however I am still covering up all the time because now look basically like a dalmation, i used sunbeds to clear it and wondered if i continued they would tan or is there something to use?

Alergies to food include shellfish, garlic, and others. Stop eating things like cheese, then milk products, then anything brewed (beer, yogurt, breads made with yeast). When it goes away, then you have some idea of what you should stop eating.

Or use the process developed in Japan, and eat what you want to.

Psoriasis is a non-contagious skin disorder that most commonly appears as inflamed swollen skin lesions covered with silvery white scale. Among several types of Psoriasis, there is Plaque Psoriasis, which is characterized by raised, inflamed (red) lesions covered with a silvery white scale. The scale is actually a buildup of dead skin cells. There is also Guttate Psoriasis characterized by small red dots of psoriasis, which may have some scales. Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition, which usually begins before age 35 and is characterized by thick, red, scaly patches that itch and bleed. Although it is a genetic disease, it is not completely understood how it is inherited. However, there are at least eight chromosomes to date that researchers have identified as being linked to the genetic transmission of the disease.

The most commonly prescribed methotrexate can be very effective with even the most severe cases of psoriasis. Methotrexate works by competitively inhibiting the enzyme dihydrofolate reductase, which decreases the production of folic acid thus blocking DNA synthesis and cell division.
