I have nail psoriasis, and was wondering if you can get fake nails for men, that will be hard to detect?
It’s just that I have an overseas conference to attend in a couple of weeks, where i’ll do a lot of networking, and i’m concerned that my ugly nails will put people off (despite it being completely non-contagious, some people are too quick to judge…that’s life).
Is it possible for a man to get fake nails (obviously cut short like normal men’s nails), that would be pretty much un-detectable from real nails?
I’m hoping for a short-term solution while I work on ‘fixing’ the nail psoriasis in the long term.
Even if it’s doable, I dunno if i can work up the guts to walk into a beauty salon and ask!
I understand how people are so quick to judge. It’s natural human instinct.
Actually, there is fake nails for men. There is thousands of male grooming stores that can do it. I would suggest doing a couple google searches to see if any places come up.
I’m not quiet sure if the nails would be noticeable. It mainly depends on your skin tone and natural nails. If you have a medium to dark skin, they’ll be more noticeable.
To grow a network marketing business you need prospects. For most new distributors, the question is: How to get mlm prospects? The traditional methods have been to make a list of everyone you know. Set appointments and pitch your deal to all your friends and family.
The only thing wrong with this system and the other old school marketing techniques is: Joe may not be interested in a business. In fact, you may be irritating him by pitching him on one. Another technique that is taught is: Tell everyone within 3 feet of you about your new business. Frankly, I meet some people that I don’t want to tell about my business.
Today, when someone is looking for something, or has a problem, many of them go to the internet for solutions. Doesn’t it make sense to be positioned there with a solution? It does to me.
For instance in you’re part of a company that has a product helpful for psoriasis and other skin problems, make a web site up called my-psoriasis-solution dot com, or something like healthy-skin- solutions dot com These sites, would give them information about their skin condition, with articles, free advice, and a link to your solution(s). This will generate retail customers and perhaps an occasional distributor.
If you are looking for people to join your network marketing business, it’s best to give them information on what they’re searching for. What are they searching for? Perhaps, a good network marketing business. Perhaps, they’re already in a network marketing business. Now, they’re looking for information on how to improve their business, how to get free leads, recruiting secrets, training for success, and information, to improve their network marketing or mlm business.
Now you can make up a site like best-network-marketing-training dot com. If your site proves helpful to them they may subscribe to you ezine. In the future their company may go out of business or lose momentum. When they’re ready for a change, they have a friend in the industry. You.
