psoriasis eyelid

I have psoriasis on my eyelid and now it is SWELLING up!?
I need to make the swelling go down and eventually to get the psoriasis to go away. Any suggestions? I used aloe vera gel and it stung when I applied it, then it swelled up. Emu oil stung as well.
as long as you are not allergic to petroleum…try vaseline it will help keep the necessary moisture in and keep bacteria from growing.
