Does cortisone cream help with psoriasis?

I recently started getting mild psoriasis. Its really embarrassing because everyone asks me what it is and I always feel like I have to cover up. I dont have insurance so I cant go to the doctor for treatment. Does cortisone cream help?

Cortisone cream is a mild steroid and helps psoriasis in most cases. Steroids, however, is not the best choice to deal with psor. because they carry side-effects and thin out the skin. So use this cream sparingly and try to find something natural that works for you. Google “natural remedies for psoriasis” and take your pick. Many of those won’t do any good, but some will work. I personally find herbal ointment by Champori clearing my psoriasis faster than anything else.
